Xiaodong Xu is the Boeing Professor of Physics and Professor of Materials Science & Engineering at the UW. His research group is interested in understanding the optical, electronic, and quantum properties of novel solid state nanostructures by nanoscale device design, optical spectrosocpy, electrical transport, and scanning photocurrent measurements.
