Daniel Kroupa earned his Ph.D. in Chemistry from the University of Colorado Boulder while performing research at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL) in Golden, Colorado.  His research interests include advancing energy conversion and storage technologies through the development of colloidal nanocrystal chemistries and spectroscopic characterization techniques.
